During the meeting we will cover the problem of involving people of different social status in the decision-making processes with regards to local institutions, particularly cultural organizations.
We shall re-enact a fragment of one of our workshops organized under the Project “On culture with elegance” carried out by the Field for Dialogue Foundation with cooperation of the house of culture based in a city of several thousand people, located in Warminsko-Mazurskie Voivodship, under the Citizens for Democracy Programme, financed from EEA Grants. The attendees will be asked to participate in the workshop, and then to discuss the weak and strong points and possibilities of using the presented techniques in other projects. The workshop should encourage us to reflect on the capacity, challenges and barriers of participatory processes among people of different social status.
The session is intended for those who take part in cultural and participation animation, cultural organization workers and all interested in the issues of social inequalities and exclusion.
