A horse is a horse, of course. The more tamed, the closer it is, the more details one could see, the more fascinating the horse is, the longer and more intensely we could talk about it. However, many have not even petted it and know the sound of hoof-beat only from television. How can we connect with them?
Often this is how our talks with citizens look like when we try to convince them to engage or with the local authorities when we try to make them listen. All the talking, explanation and invitations are in vain. Our communication is either thrown away, goes in one ear and right out the other or ends up in the brain drawer titled ‘complicated’. Our enthusiasm, engagement and years of experience make us experts, but on the other hand – hinder our cooperation with the rest of the world.
How to communicate to be understood? How to talk about complicated processes in a simple and accessible manner? How to translate from a specialist language to a simple one?
It is not that difficult at all! Please come – we shall talk!
