It plays a significant role in building confidence and credibility of local authorities. What rules should be applied to public consultation, especially in areas where civic participation is a new phenomenon? What meaning does a political will have and when there is a need to meddle with the local authorities\u2019 preparation for public consultation?<\/p>\n<p>During the session we will recall the places in which the basis for public consultation has been just laid. We will host, inter alia, the vice-president of Gorzow Wielkopolski where the Civic Code of Dialogue (consultation rules, consultation procedures for the authorities and the plan of consultation) has been developed.
