There are always some local officials who do not belive in participation and actively resist it. Fortunately, there are also always some individuals who understand the importance of engaging citizens in decision-making processes and intuitively try to introduce new quality into relations between the administration and citizens.<\/p>\n<p>During this session we will try to figure out what needs to be done to turn such promising officials into true participation practitioners. How to find them in local administration? How to convince them that their work really makes sense?
